5 Simple Steps to Order

1. Request a packet from Nelco Vet which will contain: Postage paid mailers with plastic serum tube for your serum sample along with a Green Order Form (Allergy test request order form - Click to download) to be returned with serum sample. -- Nelco Vet will also include "Can My Pet Really Be Allergic?” Brochures for your office that explain the testing process to the client. 2. Upon receipt of your sample, within 48 hours, Nelco Vet will fax or email the serum results. If food testing is requested, an approved food list will also be sent.

3. Review results with the pet owner to discuss the finding. Benefit of hyposensitization (allergy shots) diet change or challenge if applicable.

4. Contact Nelco Vet to order customized initial treatment set(s) based on pet’s serum test. You will receive your order within 5 – 7 business days from when the order was placed with a Treatment Set(s) Notebook that contains important dosage information and a place for record keeping. 5. Treatment Set(s) should last approximately 10 months. Veterinarians should contact Nelco Vet with any questions or concerns regarding testing or treatment and to continue treatment by ordering a Maintenance Vial(s).
